The irony has certainly struck me that last week my featured post was one about taking a break from social media and then making a big return. And then on Wednesday I was hit with an ear infection, vertigo and vomiting so have spent 4 days in bed. Not fun 🙁 But I’m back!
As you can see from my host post I made sure the kids had a good day out on Saturday but Mother’s Day was pretty much cancelled this year.
I am very excited to have been invited to join as a host for 2018. This year we have the extra twist that we want to be more active on social media (see below to get your posts shared on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest).
My favourite post from last week was this one from The Dad Effect. It is the tale of a lost toy but has a happy ending. It took me right back to when Matthew had a treasured comforter that was gradually disintegrating.
Shank You Very Much loved this post from LisaPomerantzter about finding yourself with no toilet paper! Ooh the annoyance when you find that noone has replaced the roll!
